Local Exchange/Refund Policy:
Exchange:
If you are not entirely happy with the product you have purchased you may visit our shop in Fgura within 30 days of receiving the product. For one to be eligible for an exchange the product must be returned in the same condition it was sent as, which includes it original packaging and manuals/warranty when applicable.
Refund:
If you receive your package and find that the product is not to your liking or damaged you can choose one of the below options:
- Visit our shop in Fgura within 5 working days of receiving the product.
- Place product in a shipping box or envelope within 5 working days of receiving the product. We recommend using the same package as it was sent in, so do open the package carefully as expenses for packaging will be incurred by the customer. Expenses for shipping the product back to us shall be incurred by the customer at first, upon inspection of product a full refund of the first payment (product & shipping) shall be given to the customer along with the expenses of the shipment back to a maximum of €15. Refund may take up to 14 days so do please be patient.
